Heirloom Trove — Returns & Exchanges
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
How to start a return
Email heirloomtrove@gmail.com with your order number to obtain a Return Authorization and the return address. Returns sent without authorization will be refused.
Condition of items
Pieces must be in unworn, unaltered condition and returned with all original packaging and materials, including boxes, pouches, and paperwork.
Exclusions (not eligible for return)
- Resized, altered, or customized items (future offerings)
- Final-sale or discounted items (none at this time)
- Items showing wear, damage, or missing original packaging
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance. We recommend using a tracked, insured carrier with signature confirmation. Heirloom Trove is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–3 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange, request this in your authorization email and we’ll confirm availability.
Damages or issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If something is incorrect or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
