Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • All orders are shipped via insured, trackable carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and service selected.

  • Free standard shipping may be offered on select promotions (when applicable).

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic (U.S.): 2–5 business days after processing.

  • International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Insurance & Signature Confirmation
All jewelry orders are fully insured during transit for the purchase value. Signature confirmation may be required for delivery.

International Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and import taxes.

  • We cannot mark items as “gift” or alter values on customs forms.

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs delays outside our control.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
